Excellent service at the steak house, however Italian dining was confusing. The beach facilities and staff were fantastic. Javid provided helpful guidance multiple times. Staff made us feel special, especially Mr. Usman who assisted us throughout our stay. The variety of food options was enjoyable, with the Italian Restaurant being our favorite. Upgraded upon check-in by the efficient reception member. The breakfast was delicious. Spacious rooms and balconies.

I was really surprised when I was upgraded upon checking in at Rixos. It made me feel special and appreciated as a guest. The breakfast options were delicious and exceeded my expectations. The beach facilities were fantastic and the staff were attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the room advantages were exceptional, with a breathtaking sun terrace and garden area. the spa and wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were all top notch. Beach access was a plus, and the entertainment was on-point.
There was one minor issue as we found the restaurant's special diet menus were lacking and could have been better, especially for a hotel of this calibre.
